摘要
针对弹壳外观质量检测数据呈现二维、持续不断、大容量、无保存价值和实时响应要求高等数据流特性,分析弹壳外观检测数据从接收、存储到处理的流向过程。阐述数据通信设计,在弹壳分类分拣机构流程基础上设计数据的存储结构,分析数据在存储和分拣过程中出现错误的情况,并提出应对措施。结果表明,该方法能实现弹壳外观检测数据的一次存取、持续处理、有限存储和快速响应。
The bullet surface detect data has characters like data flow, including two-dimensional, continuous, high-capacity, no conservation value and real-time response requirements. So this detect data, from receiving, storing, to processing is analyzed like data flow. Communication between PC and PLC is designed to receive data and data storage structure are also designed on the basis of bullet classification structure. What's more, errors during data storage and classification are also analyzed, and response measures are provided in order to avoid these error situations. The results show that these methods can achieve data access once, continuous processing, limited storage and rapid response.
