摘要
通过对重庆市城市和农村群众体育的发展现状进行调查,分析当前城乡群众体育发展的差异及城乡体育统筹发展的现实条件。给合城乡群众体育统筹发展的基本内涵和特征,提出共同发展是城乡群众体育统筹发展的基础,同时指出统筹城乡体育发展必须以农村群众体育发展为重点,以特色发展和错位发展为关键,以建立城乡体育公共服务体系为核心。
Based on the current development investigation of urban and rural mass sports in Chongqing municipality, this paper is to analyze the differences between urban and rural mass sports as well as the realistic conditions for the overall sports devel- opment in urban and rural places. Combing the basic connotation and features of overall developments of urban and rural mass sports, the author puts forward that mutual development is the basis for the overall development of urban and rural mass sports, focusing on the rural mass sports development, and taking the characteristic development and dislocation development as the key, and the idea of establishing the public service system for urban and rural sports as the core.
