摘要
目的调查基层妇幼保健院各类人员医院感染的认知状况并进行分析,了解基层妇幼保健院感染管理现状。方法问卷调查妇幼保健院各级各类人员。结果妇幼保健院各类人员医院感染知晓率依次排列为护士、医生、管理人员、药技、工勤、其它人员,主要表现医院感染全员意识、具体概念、职业防护、手卫生知识知晓率偏低。结论医院感染管理者必须加强各级各类人员医院感染知识的宣传、培训工作,树立医院感染全员参与的意识。
Objective To investigate the level of maternal and child health hospital staff of hospital infection of cognitive status and analysis, understand the basic maternal and child health hospital infection management situation. Methods questionnaire survey of mater- hal and child health care hospital at all levels of staff. The Results of the maternal and child health hospital staff of hospital infection rate are orderly arranged for nurses, physicians, administrators, medicine technology, ground workers, other personnel, mainly in full awareness of hospital infection, specific concepts, occupation protection, hand hygiene knowledge awareness rate is low. Conclusion hospital infec- tion management must strengthen all categories of personnel at all levels of hospital infection knowledge propaganda, training, establish the hospital infection of participation consciousness.
