摘要
用水热法合成了一些类水滑石 ,考察了它们在环己醇脱氢制备环己酮的反应中的催化活性。对 HTCu Zn Al和 HT Cu Mg Al用 XRD、IR、DTA等手段进行了表征。研究表明这两种类水滑石具有很高的催化活性 ,在温度 1 80℃时 ,环己醇转化率达 99%以上 ,选择性为 1 0 0 % ,HT Cu Zn Al的催化性能优于 HT Cu M-g
Some hydrotalcitelike compounds were synthesized by hydrothermal method and the catalytic activities of them were examined for the dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone. The HTCuZnAl and HTCuMgAl were characterized by XRD, IR and DTA. The results showed that the two hydrotalcitelike compounds have a high catalytic activity, the conversion of cyclohexanol was more than 99% and the selectivity was 100% at 180 ℃. The catalytic behavior of HTCuZnAl was better than that of HTCuMgAl.
