钯/碳催化Suzuki偶联反应合成4,4-双戊基环己基联苯 被引量:4

摘要 报道了以 Pd/C为催化剂 ,在相转移催化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的助催化作用下 ,通过 4 ( 4 戊基 )环己基苯取代硼酸与 4 ( 4 戊基 )环己基溴苯偶联反应合成了液晶化合物 4 ,4 双戊基环己基联苯 ,反应转化率 93% ,反式产物选择性为 85%。Pd/C经简单处理后可重复使用 5~ 6次 。 A convenient route for synthesis of liquid crystal compound 4,4bis (pentylcyclohexyl) biphenyl by the Suzuki coupling reaction catalyzed by Pd/C and PTC (CTMAB) was described. The conversion was 93% with the selectivity 85%. Pd/C could reuse 5~6 times by simple deposal without appreciable decrease in activity.
