摘要
目的通过T2WI测量T2权重值与星形细胞瘤(AG)、少枝-星形细胞瘤(OA)及间变少枝-星形细胞瘤(A-OA)病理分型相关性。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的AG患者57例(男29例,女28例),OA 55例(男36例,女19例),A-OA 15例(男10例,女5例)。测量T2权重像上病灶中最高信号区与最低信号区,健侧皮层及深部白质信号。分别计算比值R(R1=最高信号区/皮层,R2=最低信号区/皮层,R3=最高信号区/深部白质,R4=最低信号区/深部白质)。统计分析不同分型的肿瘤之间R1、R3的差异;采用两两比较OA、AG与A-OA之间R3值的统计学差异。结果 R1及R3在不同分型的肿瘤之间差异有显著统计学意义,OA的R1、R3高于单纯的AG与A-OA。LSD两两比较AG与A-OA之间R3值差异无统计学意义,其余各组两两比较差异均有统计学意义。结论T2权重值与AG、OA及A-OA病理分型相关,OA肿块部分区域含水量高于单纯的AG与A-OA。
Objective To study the correlation between T2 signal value and the pathological type of Astrocytic glioma (AG), Oligoastrocytoma (OA) and Anaplastic oligastrocytoma (A-OA). Methods 127 cases, included 57 cases of AG (males: females =29:28), 55 cases of OA (males: females =36:19) and 15 cases of A OA (males: females = 10:5), underwent MR examination. The highest hyperintense region and the lowest hypointense region in the lesions were selected on T2 WI images, and the signal of normal cortical and deep white matter were selected as region of interest (ROI). The ra- tio ( R1 = The highest T2 value of lesion/T2 value of normal cortical, R2 = the lowest T2 value of lesion/T2 value of normal cortical deep white matter, R3 = The highest T2 value of lesion / T2 value of deep white matter, R4 = the lowest T2 value of lesion / T2 value of deep white matter) were calculated. Results There was significant differences of R1 and R3 be- tween different tumors. The R1 and R3 of OA were higher than that of AG and A OA. The R3 had no statistical difference between AG and A-OA. The R1 and R3 had significant differences between different tumors. Conclusion T signal val- ues were correlated with pathological classification of AG,OA and O-OA. The water content of OA are higher then AG and A-OA.
