摘要
目的探讨可脱弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内未破裂动脉瘤(UIAs)的效果和安全性。方法对35例UIAs患者应用可脱弹簧圈进行血管内栓塞治疗,术后复查颅脑CT及数字减影血管造影(DSA),随访栓塞效果。结果 35例均栓塞成功。术后即刻脑血管造影显示动脉瘤腔100%栓塞29例、95%栓塞3例、90%栓塞2例、80%栓塞1例。1例并发术中破裂出血者术后10d痊愈。32例获1个月-3年临床随访,无再出血;21例获1年的DSA随访,1例术后即刻90%栓塞者动脉瘤部分再通。结论可脱弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗UIAs效果好、安全性高。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endovascular embolism with detachable spring coil in treating unruptured intracraranial aneurysms.Metheds The unruptured intracranial aneurysms were treated with endovascular embolism of detachable spring coils in 35cases.The efficacy and safety were followed up by CT and DSA.Results The endovascular embolism was successful in 35cases.DSA images immediately after operation showed a complete embolism in 29aneurysms,95%embolism in 3aneurysms,90% embolism in 2aneurysms,and 80% embolism in 1anearysm.The aneurysm ruptured with hemorrhage during operation in one case,who was cured 10days later.Thirty-two cases were followed-up for 1months to 3years after operation and no one had hemorrhage again.Twenty-one cases were followed-up by DSA 1year after operation,which showed partially repatency in one case who was one of the 2cases with 90% embolism during embolism therapy.Conclusion The endovascular embolism with detachable spring coil is effective and safe in treating unruptured intracraranial aneurysms.
