探头压力对浅表动脉血流超声检测结果的影响

摘要 目的:探讨应用彩色多普勒超声检查浅表动脉时,探头施加压力的大小对血流动力学参数检测结果的影响。方法:选取20名健康志愿者(21~30岁),测量中指指掌侧固有动脉40支,在探头外加压力分别为0、200、400 g时测量收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、平均血流速度(TAMAX)、血流阻力指数(RI)及搏动指数(PI)。对不同压力组的测量数据进行组间统计学比较。结果:PSV、EDV、TAMAX随着探头压力的增加呈逐渐递减趋势,而PI、RI呈递增趋势。结论:血流动力学参数作为超声评价浅表血管结构与功能的重要指标,在检测时明显受到检查者对探头施加压力大小的影响,在对超声检测结果进行分析时不应忽略这一因素的影响。 Objective: To explore the changes of hemodynamic parameters of superficial artery affected by the pressure put on the probe with color Doppler ultrasound. Methods: Twenty healthy subjects (aged 21-30 years) with normal vascular findings were recruited in the study, total of 40 proper palmer digital arteries of middle fingers. Pressure of 0,200 and 400 g were applied on proper palmer digital artery and hemodynamic parameters, such as the peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), the average maximum blood flow velocity (TAMAX), resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI) were measured respectively. Results: With the increase of pressure, PSV, EDV and TAMAX gradually decreased, but PI and RI increased. Conclusions: As hemodynamic parameters are important indicators for ultrasound to evaluate the structure and function of superficial blood vessels, they have been affected by the pressure applied by the examiners. Therefore, we should not ignore the effects of pressure while performing ultrasound scanning.
