摘要
针对目前建筑施工安全监管存在的问题,基于3G网络和Android开放平台,设计了一种建筑施工安全监管系统,同时阐述了智能终端的硬件、软件体系结构,给出了采用H.264编码进行数据压缩处理的方法,从而实现了包括自动采集模式和人工监控模式的信息管理系统,为有效改善目前建筑行业安全监管现状提供了新手段。
Aiming at the problem of monitoring the safety in construction, a kind of safety monitoring system based on 3G and android is designed. The hardware and software architecture of smart terminal is elaborated, the data compressing method which used H.264 encoding is given out. The system, including automatic acquisition mode and artificial monitoring mode is realized, in order to provide a new means to effectively improve the security control status of the construction industry.
