摘要
目前关于评价沥青与石料粘附性的理论大多数计算麻烦,仅适用于做定性分析。本文根据表面能理论建立有水条件下沥青与集料粘附模型,通过粘附模型计算了2种沥青与3种石料有水条件下的粘附功、内聚功并以此来评价沥青与集料界面的抗水毁性能;并通过水煮3 min质量剥落率试验来验证用表面能理论来评价沥青与石料抗水毁性能的可行性。结果表明:水煮3 min质量剥落率与表面能理论计算的粘附功、内聚功等指标保持很好的规律性;说明将表面能理论作为一种定量评价沥青与石料抗水毁性能的标准和方法是可行的。
Currently,most of the theory about the calculation on the evaluation of asphalt and stone adhesion theory is too trouble,it can only do qualitative analysis.the paper established asphalt and aggregate adhesion model under the condition of water based on the surface energy theory and calculated the two kinds of asphalt and three stone under the condition of adhesion work,cohesive work through the adhesion model and so as to evaluate asphalt and aggregate interface water-resisting property;And it also evaluated the feasibility of water-resisting property of asphalt and stone resistance through the boiled 3 min quality peeling rate test to verify surface energy theory.The results indicate that it keeps the good reguliarity about the boiled 3 min peeling rate and adhesion work,cohesive work index calculated on the surface energy theory and it is feasible to evaluate asphalt and stone water-resisting property based on the standards and method of the surface energy theory.
