摘要
胆石症近年来有逐年升高趋势,中医药是治疗胆石症的常用方法。本文对目前市场销售且文献报道较多的10个品种的中成药,如胆宁片、胆乐胶囊、金胆片等从临床应用与药理研究两方面进行梳理回顾,以期为临床治疗胆石症提供借鉴。以上10种中成药按照治疗的证候类型可分为主治气郁证和主治湿热证两类。虽各药物均可改善胆石症症状,但临床应用各有特定的适应症和注意事项,使用时要注意选择。大量的药理研究,一定程度上揭示了中成药治疗胆石症的机理,但仍期待更充分的药理学证据。
the number of people suffering with cholelithiasis increases gradually. Chinese medicine is a common method for treating this disease. There are several Chinese patent medicines used to treat cholelithiasis such as Danning Tablets,Danle Capsules,Jindan Tablets and so on. In this article,we make a literature review about the clinical application and pharmacological research of these medicines. We hope this article will provide a reference for treating this disease. These medicines can be used to treat energy stagnant and dampness-heat symptom separately. Although all of them can improve patients ＇symptoms, there are many differences in the senses of the indications and notes. Their mechanisms of treating cholelithiasis have been discovered partly by pharmacological researches,but we still need to know more details.
