摘要
[目的 ]验证Borden截骨术 2种不同固定方法的稳定性 .[方法 ]用 4具新鲜成年男性尸体的左右完整的股骨及两端连接的模拟髋膝关节 ,于两侧大粗隆下作Borden截骨术 ,左侧 4个截骨端用L 梯型加压钢板固定 ,右侧 4个用直型钢板固定 ,分别在截骨 2cm处贴 4组应变片 ,将模型置于SLW 10型生物力学万能试验机上进行测试 .[结果 ]证实改良Borden截骨术直型钢板固定法比L 梯型加压钢板固定法稳定性好 .[结论 ]改良Borden截骨术简化了操作 。
OBJECTIVE To verify the stability of two different methods of Borden osteotomy. METHODS Using the left and right femora and simulated hip and knee joints in 4 sets of adult ptoma, the Borden osteotomy with two fixed methods were performed under two side of the big tuberosity. The broken four sites of left femur were fixed with L save plate and one of right femur were fixed with straight palate, and the stability was tested on the SLW 10 type Biomechanical Universal Tester. RESULTS The method fixed with straight plate by the modified Borden osteotomy had better stability than that with L save plate. CONCLUSION The modified Borden osteotomy simplified the operation and improved the stability.
