摘要
[目的 ]通过 10 6例关节镜下半月板部分切除术 ,探讨术后近远期疗效的评价和该术式对维持膝关节生理功能的意义 .[方法 ]采用刘世杰的临床疗效评定标准 ,将疗效分为优、良、可、差 .[结果 ]10 6例关节镜下半月板部分切除术后 ,优 41例 ,占 39% ;良 5 4例 ,占 5 1% ;可 8例 ,占 7% ;差 3例 ,占 3% .[结论 ]在关节镜下进行半月板损伤部分切除术 ,保留部分半月板 。
OBJECTIVE To study the short term and long term therapeutic evaluation of meniscstomy with arthroscope and the significance for keeping the physiological function of articulatio genus in 106 cases. METHODS Using Liu Shijie's clinical therapeutic evaluation criterion, the therapeutic effects were divided to four classes. RESULTS Out of 106 cases, 41 cases(39%) of operation were excellent, 54 cases(51%) were good, 8 cases(7%) were poor and 3 cases(3%) were bad. CONCULSION The semi meniscstomy for patients with meniscus injury with arthroscope could best keep the function of articulatio genus.
