超临界流体精密分离技术 ( SCFE)具有分离精度高、分离温度低等优点 ,利用超临界戊烷将辽河减压渣油切割成多个窄馏分 ,并对渣油及其 SCFE馏分的炭化反应性能、反应残余物性质与原料性质的关系进行了讨论。结果表明 ,SCFE可以将渣油切割为具有不同族组成的窄馏分 ,这种对族组成的选择能力可用于从渣油中获取族组成适合形成各向异性发达的中间相的馏分 ,表明了
Liaohe petroleum vacuum residue was fractionated into several fractions by supercritical pentane extraction. Carbonization of the fractions and the residue were obtained. Properties of the thermal residues were determined. The relationship between the properties of thermal residues and the composition of petroleum residue feeds was also discussed. Experimental results showed that fractions from F3 to F6 could convert into carbonaceous mesophase with flow domain optical texture. SCFE can be used to fractionate petroleum residues into fractions which are suitable to produce high quality carbon products.
