摘要
导师采用中西医结合方法治疗死骨形成的慢性骨髓炎 32例 ,随访 2 7例 ,其中治愈 2 3例 ,好转 4例。证明了只要抓住慢性骨髓炎治疗中取死骨 ,清脓腔 ,填肌瓣 ,通畅引流 ,全身及局部应用抗菌素 ,增强机体抵抗力等几个重要环节 ,就能取得优良效果。
The tutor treated 32 cases of chronic osteomyelitis complicated by sequestrums with therapy of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine,27 cases were followed up surveyd, and in them, 23 cases were cured, 4 cases were improved.It proved that we could gain a fine curative effect by seizing on several important link in treating chronic osteomyelitis, such as:taking out Sequestrums,clearing away purulent cavity,filling muscular petal,draining adequately,using antibiotic generally and locally,strengthening the resistance of organism.
