摘要
目的 了解江门市放射工作人员职业外照射的个人剂量水平。方法 按《放射工作人员个人剂量监测方法》(GB5 2 94-85 )要求 ,监测周期为 3个月 ,一共 4期。结果 江门市放射工作人员人均年剂量当量为 1 17mSv/a ,其中医用诊断X射线从业人员为 1 40mSv/a ,工业探伤为 0 41mSv/a ,密封源其它应用为 0 32mSv/a ,核医学为 1 16mSv/a ,,放射治疗为 1 15mSv/a ;而在医用诊断X射线中 ,市级医院为 0 5 8mSv/a ,县级医院为 0 74mSv/a ,,镇医院为 2 49mSv/a。结论 江门市放射工作人员人均年剂量当量远低于个人剂量限值 ,镇医院从业人员的人均年剂量当量远高于县。
Objective To study the individual irradiated dose equivalents from occupational external irridiation in radiation wor kers in Jiangmen city. Methods 670 workers and medical staffs were measured four cycles in 1 year with 3 months as a cycle. Results Annual personal average dose equivalent for all subjects was found to be 1.17 mSv/a, among which 1.40 mSv/a for medical diagnostic X ray workers, 1.16 mSv/a for nuclear medical workers, 1.15 mSv/a for medical radiological therapy workers, 0.41 mSv/a for industrial X ray application workers, and 0.32 mSv/a for sealed radiation sources workers. Among all medical diagnostic X ray workers, the individual irridiated dose equivalent in average was shown to be 0.58, 0.74 and 2.49 mSv/a for those working in city hospitals, county and township hospitals respectively. Conclusion The annual person average dose equivalents in Jiangmen radiation workers were far below the recommanded exposure limit values. The annual person average equivalent dose of medical workers in township hospitals was found to be higher than that in both counties and city hospitals.
