摘要
动感单车作为一项流行的健身运动项目,已经成为健身俱乐部的必备项目,深受广大健身者的喜爱.为了研究和探讨动感单车的实际健身效果,以三明市奥力健身俱乐部的20名25-30岁的新进会员为研究对象,对他们进行为期16周,每周3-4次,每次50 min的动感单车训练.通过哈佛式台阶试验、静息心率测量、肺活量测量,对参与训练者的心肺功能指标进行测量和评价,并用SPSS15软件对测量结果进行统计和分析,结果显示实验前后练习者的心肺指标都有明显提升,说明动感单车练习对提高心肺功能,发展人体的有氧运动能力有显著的效果.
Spinning, as a popular fitness sport, has become one of the essential items in fitness clubs and it is very popular with most of the fitness freaks. In order to investigate and research the practical effect of spinning, the author of this paper selected 20 new members aged at 25-30 from the Aoli Fitness Club in Sanming city as subjects, and offered them a spinning training course for a period of 16 weeks, 3-4 times a week and 50 minutes each time. The participants’ cardio-pulmonary functions were subsequently determinated by adopting Harvard Step Experiment, resting heart rate test and vital capacity measurement. The index statistics and analysis from SPSS15 indicate that all the participants’ cardio-pulmonary functions were improved distinctively after the training, which proves the perfect performance of the spinning training course in improving human’s heart and lung function and enhancing the aerobic sporting abilities.
