摘要
近年来,文化建设的重要性日渐被人们所重视,十八大报告指出:"要深化文化体制改革,解放和发展文化生产力。"体现在企业经营中,文化的改革和创新就是研究如何能调动人的主观能动性和情感因素为企业创造更多的价值。良好的企业文化可以成为一个企业的核心竞争力和软实力。但是我们必须认识到,只有行之有效的、"落地"的企业文化,才能成为对一个企业真正"有用"的生产力。
The importance of cultural construction is increasingly valued by people in the recent years and the 18th CPC National Congress states "we should deepen the reform of the cultural system to liberate and develop culture productive forces".In the enterprise management,cultural reform and innovation means mobilizing people's initiative and emotional factors to create more value for the enterprise.A healthy enterprise culture may become the key competitiveness and soft power.However,we must be aware that only those with high effective landing cultures can become real productive forces in an enterprise.
