摘要 中国傣族有100多万人口,喜欢聚居在大河流域、坝区和热带地区。傣族全民信仰南传上座部佛教,有着独特的饮食文化习俗和较好的健康、环保意识。傣族的饮食习俗与其传统环境伦理思想、居住的特殊地理环境、对健康的认知与审美需求等等有紧密联系。但随着现代化的潮流,宗教信仰与环境伦理的改变,傣族的传统饮食习俗也遭受新的挑战,一些不良的饮食习俗与生活方式开始影响到傣族的食品安全与健康状况。 The Dai ethnic group of China has more than 1 million people who live in river basin, dam area or tropical region. Dai people believe in the Southern Buddhism (Theravada Buddhism) , and have unique food culture and good health and environmental protection consciousness. The Dai diet customs have close relations with its traditional environment ethics thoughts, the unique geographical environment, the health cognition and aesthetic demand etc.. But with modernization and changes in religious belief and environmental ethics, traditional diet customs of Dai people meet with challenges, and some unhealthy diet customs and way of life begin to affect the food safety and heahh status of Dai people.
