摘要
目的分析我院实施的4例心脏死亡器官捐献(DCD)移植案例,总结DCD器官移植方面的经验。方法回顾2011—2012年我中心DCD捐献者的临床资料。结果有4例DCD者共实施了7例肾移植和4例肝移植,所有捐献者属于国际标准Maastricht Ⅲ类,热缺血时间为10～18min。7例肾移植受者中,1例采用双肾带膀胱袢移植。所有受者手术顺利,移植物功能恢复良好,无并发症发生,无移植患者死亡。结论实施可控的DCD程序,可以获得满意的移植效果。
Objective To summarize our experience of utilizing the organs derived from donors after cardiac death （DCD）. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical profiles of DCD donors between 2011 and 2012 in Shanxi Second People＇s Hospital. Results Of 4 DCD donors having met the Maastricht Ⅲ criteria （time of warm is-chemia： 10-18 min）, 7 cases of renal transplantation and 4 liver transplantation were performed. Of those who under-went renal transplantation, a single case received bilateral kidney plus cystic loop transplantation. Following success-ful operation, all patients had ideal recovery of physiologic function of the grafts. Neither complication nor death was reported. Conclusion The use of controlled DCD protocol is associated with satisfactory outcomes.
