摘要
为了探讨江西油茶产业快速发展的市场前景和制约因素,促进油茶产业有序、正常、健康、可持续发展,在深入调查江西油茶产业发展情况的基础上,分析了江西油茶产业发展的现状和制约因素,列举了江西油茶产业发展的四大瓶颈:一是对高产优良无性系油茶栽培、经营、管理、加工的难度认识不足;二是大面积油茶低产林经营现状依旧,对其重视不够,采取的措施不力;三是对油茶产业跳跃式发展准备不足(表现在林地、苗木、资金、技术、管护、服务等方面);四是油茶加工企业无序扩张,精深加工产品研发及技术储备严重滞后。文中还有针对性地提出了适度造势、重视低改、强化研发、储备技术、服务基层、应对未来的江西油茶产业发展的对策和思考。
In order to discuss market prospect and restraining factors of rapid development of Camellia oleifera industry in Jiangxi, and promote orderly, normal, healthy and sustainable development of C. oleifera industry, based on thorough investigation of C. oleifera industry development status in Jiangxi, the status and restraining factors of C. oleifera industry development status in Jiangxi were analyzed, and four major bottlenecks were listed. Firstly, difficulty understanding of cultivation, management, administration and processing of high-yield fine C. oleifera clones is insufficient. Secondly, a large area of low-yield C. oleifera forest still maintains the original management mode and is lack of sufficient attention and favorable measures. Thirdly, the leaping development of C. oleifera industry is lack of full preparation at the aspects of forest land, seedlings, fund, technology, management, services and so on. Fourthly, C. oleifera processing enterprises disorderly scrambles, and profound processing product research and technical reserve severely lag behind. Some countermeasures and considerations on C. oleifera industry development in Jiangxi were put forward, such as moderate making potential, paying attention to low-yield change, strengthening on research and development, reserving technical, serving the grassroots level and answering future.
