计及电网运行协调性的节能减排多目标发电调度 被引量:2

摘要 建立了综合考虑电力系统节能减排和协调运行的多目标发电调度模型。模型中以降低燃料成本、有功网损和提高电网运行协调性指标为优化目标,其中运行协调性指标定义为支路负载率的标准差,以衡量支路潮流分布的均衡度。基于改进多目标差分进化算法(I-DEMO)获取模型的帕累托最优解集后,采用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)提取出最优发电调度方案。IEEE 30节点系统算例结果验证了所述发电调度方法的有效性。 Multi-objective generation dispatching model for energy-saving and emission-reduction with consideration of coordination operation was formulated.Minimizing the fuel cost,active power loss and enhancing the coordination operation index were selected as objective functions.The coordination operation index was defined as the standard deviation of transmission line ratings.The improved differential evolution for multi-objective optimization was employed to obtain the Pareto front,the technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution was adopted to help the decision maker to extract the best compromise solution.The proposed generation dispatch approach was tested on IEEE 30-bus system.the results show that the power dispatching model considering coordination operation can enhance the security level of power systems.
