摘要
韶关冶炼厂原先处理金银工段氮氧化物的湿法工艺存在腐蚀性大、排放率达不到国家标准的问题。改为采用"冷凝—稀释—DBS干法吸附"工艺后,该厂NOx排放浓度达到了国家标准,使周边的环境有了很大的改观。本文从金银工段氮氧化物的产生源及烟气特点入手,系统介绍了DBS干法吸附氮氧化物处理工艺。
There are many problems presented in hydrometallurgy process that is originally adopted to treat mtrogen oxides in Au-Ag section, sueh as high eorrosion and discharge rate below national standard. After process of "eondensation-dilution-DBS drying and absorption" is adopted, discharge eoneentration of NOx will reach national standard and the surrounding environment will he greatly improved. The paper systematieally introduces nitrogen oxides treatment process by adopting DBS drying and absorption method according to generation source of nitrogen oxides in Au-Ag section and gas features.
