锻造工艺及热处理制度对GH2909合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 对GH2909合金采用不同的末火锻造工艺和热处理制度,经观察显微组织和检测室温、高温性能,分析得出:当末火加热温度为1000℃时,变形量增加可使GH2909合金显微组织均匀细小;二次固溶+二段式时效热处理制度对GH2909合金组织析出物有着明显的影响,并使室温和高温拉伸强度增加。 GH2909 was produced by using various end heat rolling process and final heat treatment process. Based on the observation of microstructure and test of room temperature and high temperature properties, the anal?ysis was made. The result showed that when the deformation amount increased, uniform and fine structures of GH2909 alloy could be obtained when the final heating temperature was at 1 000℃;the heat treatment process of secondary solid solution+secondary aging had a obvious effect on the precipitation of GH2909 alloy structure and increased the tensile strength of the alloy at room and high temperature.
