摘要
高技能人才培养在天津建设创新型城市的进程中具有不可替代的独特作用。本文论述了天津创新型城市建设与培养高技能人才的关系;分析了目前天津高技能人才需求现状以及高技能人才短缺对天津建设创新型城市的负面影响,提出了使高技能人才在天津建设创新型城市中发挥更大作用所应采取的措施。
Training of high skilled personnel plays a unique and indispensable role in the course of building an innovative Tianjin.This article firstly discusses the relation of the two and then points out that the shortage of high skilled personnel has resulted in a negative effect on the construction of an innovative Tianjin.Toward the end of this article,the author brings about some measures to have highskilled personnel play more positive roles in the city construction.
