摘要
目的观察痔切除伴肛门成形术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法选取1000例患者随机分为两组,治疗组500例采用痔切除伴肛门成形术治疗;对照组500例采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗。对比观察两组患者术后并发症、愈合时间、治愈率及复发率。结果两组患者在术后并发症、愈合时间、治愈率及复发率方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔切除伴肛门成形术治疗环状混合痔,明显降低了术后并发症,有效预防复发,提高了治愈率。
Objective：To observe the Clinical curative effect of the combined therapy of hemorrhoids resection plus anoplasty on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods：1000 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（500 cases） were treated with hemorrhoids resection plus anoplasty;Control group（500 cases） were given ex-strip intra-prick Opreation.The postoperative complications,healing time,cure rate and the recurrence rate of the two groups were observed.Results：Two groups of patients in postoperative complications,healing time,cure rate and recurrence rate differences had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combined therapy of hemorrhoids resection plus anoplasty in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,reduce the postoperative complications significantly,prevent recrudesce effectively,improve the cure rate,and it is worthy of clinical application.
