摘要
笔者结合多年临床经验,采用审证求因方法,归纳急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)基本病机为湿浊寒毒侵犯人体,脏腑阳气受损;故笔者发现基于温下法选用大黄附子细辛汤能取得较好疗效,值得基层临床医师关注和应用。
Combining with our years of clinical experience,we considered that the pathogenesis of AOPP was Dampness-Toxin infesting human body,to impairing organs＇yang qi.Therefore,we found that based on warm and purgation method we chose Dahuangfuzixixin Decoction to treat AOPP,which could obtain better effect.It was deserved be pay a attention and use by primary clinicians.
