摘要
目的观察润肺健脾补肾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期重度、极重度肺燥阴伤、脾肾气虚兼痰瘀证患者的中医证候积分和6 min步行距离(6 MWT)的影响。方法将79例患者随机分为治疗组39例和对照组40例。对照组吸入舒利迭治疗,每日2次。治疗组在对照组基础上,加润肺健脾补肾方口服,两组疗程均为3个月。疗程结束后统计并比较两组中医证候积分和6 MWT变化情况。结果两组中医证候积分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义,两组治疗后比较除喘息外差异有统计学意义,两组中医证候总积分疗后比较差异有统计学意义,两组6 MWT与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗后比较,差异也有统计学意义(以上P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论润肺健脾补肾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期重度、极重度肺燥阴伤、脾肾气虚证患者有较好的治疗效果,临床应用安全。
Objective：To observe the effect of Runfeijianpibushen Decoction on scores of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and 6 MWT of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） in stationary phage（severe to profound lung dryness and spleen-kidney deficiency plus phlegm stagnation）.Methods：79 patients were randomly divided into two group：control group（n = 40） were given inhaled Seretide（2 times per day）,and treatment group（n = 39） were given Runfeijianpibushen Decoction besides inhaled Seretide.The courses of treatment for both groups were 3 months.Then scores of TCM and 6MWT were compared between these two groups.Results：There were statistically significant differences in scores of TCM between pre-and post-treatment in both groups.After treatment,except for wheeze,all symptoms,scores of TCM,and 6MWT were statistically significant between two groups（P0.01 or P0.01）.Conclusion：Runfeijianpibushen Decoction is effective and safe in treating patients with COPD in stationary phage（severe to profound lung dryness and spleen-kidney deficiency plus phlegm stagnation）.
