摘要 目的研究贝马喷膜剂的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层层析(TLC)法对贝马喷膜剂中的马鞭草进行定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法对土贝母苷甲进行定量测定。色谱柱为Kromasil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35);流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长214 nm;柱温为室温。结果薄层色谱法中,供试品与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,斑点清晰、分离效果好、阴性对照无干扰。土贝母苷甲在5~80 mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.20%(RSD=1.92%,n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确可控,可用于贝马喷膜剂的质量控制。 Objective To study the quality control method for beima spraying-film preparation. Methods Verbenae herba was identified by using the TLC, and the tubeimoside content was determined by using HPLC. HPLC was performed on Kromasil CI8 column ( 150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at room temperature,with the mobile phase as MeOH-H20(65 : 35) ,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the wavelength as 214 nm. Results In the TLC chromatography region, the fluorescent speckles demonstrated an identical color at corresponding positions between the samples and the control, the speckles looked clean well separated. The tubeimoside showed a good linear relationship with in the range of 5-80 mg · L-1, with the average recovery of 100.20% (RSD = 1.92% , n = 6 ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and proven to be suitable for the quality control of beima spraying-film preparation.
