摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在住院精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1—12月在我院两个病区收治的精神分裂症患者68例，随机分为优质组和对照组各34例。对照组患者全程实施常规护理，优质组患者全程实施优质护理，比较两组患者临床症状量表评分、治疗依从性、健康知识了解优良率以及满意度情况。结果优质组患者临床症状量表中激活性、思维障碍、偏执、抑郁和攻击性方面评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；优质组患者治疗依从性、健康知识了解优良率以及满意度均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对住院精神分裂症患者实行优质护理服务，可显著改善患者临床症状，增加患者治疗的依从性，提高患者满意度，值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of the high - quality nursing service on the patients with schizophrenia. Methods From 2012 January to 2012 December in our hospital 68 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into high - quality group and control group, 34 cases in each group. Patients in control group were taken routine nursing, patients in high - quality group were taken high - quality nursing care. Clinical symptom score, treatment compliance, the degree of health knowledge and satisfaction of patients were compared between two groups. Results The scores of activation, thought disorder, depression, paranoia and aggression of clinical symptoms scale in high - quality groups were significantly lower than those in control group, there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; treatment compliance, the degree of health knowledge and satisfaction of patients in high - quality group were significantly better than those in control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions High - quality nursing service on the hospitalized patients with schizophrenia can improve clinical symptoms, increase patient compliance, improve patients＂ satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
