摘要
目的观察中医药辨证治疗喉源性咳嗽的疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准280例喉源性咳嗽患者,根据中医辨证分型治疗,比较各证型治疗前后效果。结果 280例喉源性咳嗽患者中,风邪犯肺型用止嗽散加减,有效率90.82%。脾虚痰浊型用六君子汤加减,有效率84.48%。阴虚火旺型用百合固金汤合贝母瓜蒌散加减,有效率82.93%。卫表不固、禀质过敏型用玉屏风散合桂枝汤加减,有效率80.56%。结论运用中医"审因溯源,标本兼治"及辨病和辨证治疗,临床效果满意。
Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of laryngeal cough. Methods 280 patients met the inclusion criteria for patients with laryngeal cough, according to TCM syndrome dif- ferentiation treatment, compare the various types of treatment effect. Results 280 cases of patients with laryngeal cough, Syndrome of wind - cold invading hesd used Zhisou powder, got efficiency 90.82 %. Spleen deficiency with phlegm ob- structing type with Liu Junzi Decoction, got efficiency 84.48 %. Yin deficiency with effulgent fire type used Baihe Gujin decoction and Beimu Gualou powder, got efficiency 82.93 %. syndrome of insecurity of defensive exterior, anaphylactic type with Yu Ping Feng powder and Gui Zhi Decoction, got efficiency 80.56 %. Conclusion the use of traditional Chinese medicine ＂research the cause of disease and ascend the root of disease, cure both of the symptom and the root＂, and dis- ease differentiation and syndrome differentiation and treatment, clinical result is satisfactory.
