摘要
目的通过总结杨学信主任多年的临床经验,观察萎胃灵方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效,探讨杨师治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的思路和临床经验。方法跟师学习,总结其经验。结果萎胃灵方临床疗效确切。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎的病机关键为"脾胃气虚,气滞血瘀",脾胃气虚为本,胃络血瘀为标,杨师依据本病病机特点自拟"萎胃灵方"用于临床,疗效颇佳。
Objective To sum up clinical experiences of director Yang Xuexin, observe the Weiwei Ling （ Atrophic Gastritis Effective Decoction） in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,, discuss the thoughts and clinical experiences of Professor Yang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Method learning with the teacher, sum up his experiences. Ressults Wei Ling clinical curative offect. Conclusion the pathogenesis key of chronic atrophic gastritis is ＂Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach, qi stagnation and blood stasis＂ Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach is the basic reason for this, stomach col- lateral with blood stasis is the symptom, Yang on the basis of the characteristics of the disease pathogenesis, studied out the ＂Weiwei Ling＂ for the clinical use, its effect is very good.
