摘要
本文在分析重庆市微电子产业发展现状的基础上,结合我院的科研平台和学科特色,确立了微电子专业人才培养方案以"产学研结合"为特色的思路和原则。我们通过明晰培养目标、构建人才培养模式、设计专业特色课程群体系及工程实践训练体系,制定了富有特色的创新型人才培养方案。这一方案可为其它院校制定专业人才培养方案提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of Chongqing Municipality′s microelectronic industry,scientific research platform and disciplinary characteristics of our college,the thoughts and principles of innovative microelectronic major training program based on combination involving production,teaching research are established in our university.With the help of clearing training objective,building talent training mode,designing curriculum system and engineering practice training system,the training program of microelectronic major is put forward,which can provide a reference for talent training plan to similar major of other universities.
