总结了φ260 mm超高压筒体的研制过程,冶炼时合理配比化学成分,热处理采用正火+调质的方式,使超高压筒体的力学性能满足技术要求。
This paper summarizes the development process of φ260 mm super HP cylinder,the rational proportioning chemical composition during smelting,and the heat treatment method of normalizing + quenching and high temperature tempering,which makes the mechanical properties of super HP cylinder meet the technical requirements.
