摘要
针对GH4169涡轮盘锻件的技术指标要求,对锻件的成形工艺方案进行分析。结合生产实际,制定了合理的锻造工艺方案,并通过计算机模拟,生产出了符合技术标准要求的涡轮盘锻件,为今后生产同类型锻件提供一定的参考价值。
This paper analyzes the forging forming process according to the technical requirements of GH4169 turbine disk forging.Combined with the production practice,the reasonable forging process scheme is prepared,and simulated through computer to produce the satisfied turbine disk forging,which can provide the certain reference value for manufacturing the same type of forgings.
