摘要
某轧机主减速机用高速齿轮轴在使用8个月后出现断裂。采用宏观断口分析、低倍、高倍以及扫描电镜分析等手段,对高速齿轮轴的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,该高速齿轮轴断裂性质为低周快速疲劳断裂,它产生的原因是由于锻件内部存在原始裂纹,而原始裂纹又是由齿轮轴内部残余应力过大所致。
The high speed gear shaft of a rolling mill main reduction box is broken after it is used for 8 months.The reasons are analyzed for the fracture of high speed gear shaft by the means of macroscopic fracture analysis,macroscopic and microscopic examinations and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results show that the fracture character is low cyclic and fast fatigue fracture,which is caused by the original cracks inside the forging,and the original cracks are occurred due to the large residual stress inside the gear shaft.
