摘要
目的探讨中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤化疗致消化道延迟反应的临床效果。方法将我院从2011年1月到2012年4月所收治的100例恶性肿瘤患者,随机平均分为观察组和对照组,观察组的50例患者采取中西医结合治疗的方法,对照组的50例患者仅仅采取西医治疗的方法,观察两组患者的消化道延迟反应的临床效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率(96%)要明显高于对照组(66%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于防治恶性肿瘤化疗导致消化道延迟反应,中西医结合治疗方法具有显著的效果,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Integrative Medicine in the fight against cancer chemotherapy induced gastrointestinal delayed response.Methods Hospital treated 100 patients with malignant tumors from January 2011 to April 2012,will be randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 patients of the observation group to take the method of Integrative Medicine control group of 50 patients only take Western medicine treatment methods,to observe the clinical effect of the two groups of patients with gastrointestinal delayed response.Results The patients,overall response rate（96%） was significantly higher（66%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the prevention and treatment of cancer chemotherapy cause gastrointestinal delayed response,integrative medicine treatment has a significant effect worthy of further promotion and application.
