摘要
在分析传统的IPT(多功能小组 )组织结构模型和并行工程中IPT对人力资源要求的基础上 ,并结合作者参与上海鼓风机厂“并行工程”成果应用工程 ,提出了一种基于智能Agent的IPT组织与管理系统模型 ,并给出了它的具体实现方法。该系统具有结构灵活、适应性强等特点 ,为IPT的组织与管理提供有力的支持。
After analyzing traditional model organization ,the ideas of CE has been introduced into workgroups management, and with the experience of authors to engage the concurrent-engineering of SHANGHAI BLOWER WORKS CO., LTD. Then a model of organizing and managing multi-function workgroups is presented based on an intelligent agent, and an implementation of it given. it provides the help for organizing and managing multi-function workgroups for its characteristic of flexibility.
