摘要
在电气行业中 ,继电器、断路器、接触器等大量通用产品因组成零件细小而难于采用自动化装配。本文分析了细小零件装配过程中的一些技术难题 ,并提出了相应的解决办法 ,在此基础上 ,设计了适应工厂生产需要的实用自动装配单元 ,已实现继电器触桥。
In the electric industry,the standard products such as relays,switches,are often assembled by human beings in our country.It is required for automation assembly cells to assemble those products in modern factories.With the development of automation assemby cell for riveting relay's ducting bridge and silver rivets,this paper analyzes the difficulties and the solutions in the process of automatically assembling the mini-parts.And a practical automation assembly cell is introduced.This practical automation assembly cell is used in the factory.
