摘要
目的观察三联疗法治疗阴囊湿疹的疗效。方法将入选患者随机分为两组,治疗组(45例)予润燥止痒胶囊2.0g,3次/d,口服;联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏,外用,2次/d和曲安奈德益康唑乳膏,外用,2次/d;对照组(43例):仅曲安奈德益康唑乳膏,外用,2次/d。两组均治疗2周。结果治疗组有效率为75.56%;对照组有效率为32.56%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三联疗法治疗阴囊湿疹疗效显著,不良反应少。
Objective To study the effects of Combined method in the Treatment of eczema of scrotum.Methods The selected eczema of scrotum patients were divided into two guoups randomly. 45 cases of eczema of scrotum patients were treated with taking Runzaozhiyang Capsule orally in combination with Mayilongshexian-gzichuang cream and Triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream twice per day externally. Another 43 cases of eczema of scrotum served as the control using Triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream twice per day externally. These patients were treated for two weeks. Results The efficiency rate was 75. 56% in treatment group,while they were 32. 56% in control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Three-Combined method is superior to Triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream externally alone in the treatment of eczema of scrotum with little side effects.
