摘要
基于因果归因理论与经验学习理论,构建创业失败归因、失败学习与随后创业意向的理论模型。研究发现,创业失败的内部归因可以提高双环学习的概率;外部归因或可以提高单环学习的概率,或对创业失败学习无显著影响。创业失败学习对随后创业意向有"双元"作用:单环学习提高随后创业意向,但创业者并未对行为范式做深刻反省;双环学习使创业者获得成长,但却降低了随后的创业信心和意向。
Assuming a holistic view of attribution theory and experiential learning theory, a theo- retical model is proposed regarding the relationships among the attribution, learning from the entre- preneurial failure and the Subsequential Entrepreneurial Intention (SEI). We propose that internal at- tribution enhances the double loop learning from failure, and external attribution either enhance the single loop learning or has no effects. The learning from failure has dual effects on the SEI: the single loop learning can enhance the SEI, but the entrepreneurs hardly get reflection from single loop learn- ing; the double loop learning can make the entrepreneurs reflects deeply, but decrease their confidence of starting again.
