基础FSH与LH比值对不同年龄不孕患者IVF结局的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价月经第3dFSH/LH比值在不同年龄妇女中对IVF结局的预测意义。方法根据FSH/LH比值分为两组,组1(FSH/LH≥3,n=204)和组2(FSH/LH<3,n=530)分别比较IVF结局。根据年龄,以35岁为界,分为≥35岁和小于35岁两个亚组分别比较。结果两组比较高FSH/LH比值组,LH水平明显降低,获卵数和冷冻胚胎数明显小于正常组,且妊娠率明显下降。在不同年组分组中,在小于35岁患者中,获卵数和冷冻胚胎数高于正常组,且妊娠率明显下降。在年老患者中,两个亚组比较无明显统计学差异。结论高FSH/LH比值在年轻妇女中对于IVF结局的预测更有意义。
