心脏保存的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 1967年南非外科医生ChfistiaanBamard成功完成世界首例人类心脏移植,从此心脏外科开始踏入了以往的禁区。心脏移植的不断发展。给越来越多终末期心脏病患者带来希望。目前,心脏保存方案的制定主要基于(1)低温限制新陈代谢;(2)保持机体结构活力;(3)减少缺血再灌注损伤。供心保护包括心脏停搏、离体心脏保存、心脏移植复跳等过程。本文主要对离体心脏保存方法以及保存液的研究进展进行综述。
