摘要
针对加油站检维修作业易发事故的特点,分析了对其进行安全监管的现状及弊端,探讨了PCEC(计划、确认、教育、检查)管理模式在检维修各个环节中的应用,相信采用这种管理模式可强化监管的执行力。
According to accident-prone characteristics for the inspection and maintenance operations,the status and shortcomingsof currentsafety supervisionmodel are analyzed,and the application of PCEC management model in all aspects of inspection and maintenance operations is discussed.
