摘要
目的：观察前牙单个种植义齿修复后的临床应用效果，探讨单个种植义齿设计对种植体的影响。方法：对４６个种植体，采用单冠修复的方法，进行单个烤瓷牙冠的修复，并进行了３～４年的随访调查。结果：４６个种植体中，在修复后有一个出现种植体松动，一个中心固定螺丝断裂，一个接圈固定螺丝松动，其余种植体冠效果良好，成功率达９８％。结论：合理的设计、精确的制作是保证种植义齿成功的关键。
To evaluate the clinical efficency of implant dentures for anterior teeth loss. Methods: 46 single implant crowns were fabricated with the metal-porcelain crown in the patients with anterior teeth loss. The follow-up was caned out for three to four years and more. Results: Out of forty-six cases, one im- plant was loosened, one screw was ruptured and two screws were loosened. The others were well and the rate of success was ninety-eight percent. Conclusion: Reasonable design and accurate fabrication are the key to ensure success on implant dentures.
