摘要
目的 探讨MR各序列在诊断脑干梗死时的作用及与CT比较MR在诊断中的优越性。方法 对 12 1例MR诊断脑干梗死的病例行常规SE序列T1WI、T2WI、PDWI扫描 ,6 4例加扫FLAIR序列 ,3例行弥散成像 ,6 8例于MR扫描前曾行CT扫描。结果 T2WI较T1WI显示病变更清晰且范围更大 ;FLAIR序列除能较清楚的显示病变外 ,尚有助于区分梗死的时期 ;而弥散成像则使发病在 6h内的超早期梗死灶的诊断成为可能。结论 无论从对脑干梗死的检出时间、检出率还是准确率方面来说 。
Objective To discuss the role of MR sequences in diagnosing infarction of brain stem,and compare MR with CT to show the superiority of MR.Methods 121 patients with infarction of brain stem diagnosed by MR accepted several sequences,including spin echo sequence T1WI/T2WI and PDWI for all the cases;FLAIR for 64 cases;DWI for 3 cases,68 patients underwent CT scans before MR.Results The lesions showed clearer and larger in size on T2WI images than T1WI images.FLAIR sequence could not only show the lesions clesrer but also make a discrimination on different phases of the infarction.DWI could make it possible that ischemic lesions could be found within 6 hours after infarction onset.Conclusion MR has the significant superiority to CT in detection time,ratio of deection and diagnostic accuracy of infarction of the brain stem.
