摘要
目的探索优质护理在耐多药肺结核术后中西医结合治疗中的临床应用效果。方法对2010年4月至2012年12月在重庆市公共卫生医疗救治中心进行中西医结合治疗的80名耐多药肺结核患者随机分为两组,对照组(40例)予以常规护理,观察组(40例)实施优质护理,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者服药依从性明显好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间明显少于对照组,对疾病知识的掌握率及对护理工作的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者健康指数、生理功能指数等均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以提高耐多药肺结核患者服药依从性及医疗质量,缩短住院时间。
Objective： To observe the effect of the quality nursing care application in the integrative medicine therapy of postoperative multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.Methods： 80 cases with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis were randomly divided into the control group with the routine nursing care and the treatment group with the quality nursing care.These effects in 2 groups were compared between 2 groups.Results： There were some obvious differences between 2 groups including the therapy compliance,the stay length,the treatment satisfaction,the health index and the physiological function.Conclusion： The quality nursing care can not only decrease the length of stay in these patients,but also increase the therapy compliance and the medical quality.
