摘要
目的探讨中西医结合临床护理路径在急性面瘫患者中的临床应用效果。方法对80例急性面瘫入院患者患者随机分为两组各40例,实验组患者采用中西医结合临床护理路径的方法进行护理,对照组采用传统方法护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效、患者满意度、康复知识掌握度、平均住院日及住院费用。结果路径组患者满意度、康复知识掌握度均高于对照组(P<0.05);平均住院时间路径组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论面神经炎中西医临床护理路径的创建和应提高患者康复知识掌握度、满意度,并降低平均住院日,促进患者快速康复。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the clinical nursing pathway on the acute facial neuritis patients.Methods： 80 patients with acute facial neuritis were divided randomly into the treatment group with western and Chinese clinical nursing pathway and the control group with routine nursing.Some indices were compared between 2 groups such as the clinical effect,the patients＇ satisfactions,the rehabilitation knowledge master degree,the average hospitalization days and the hospitalization expenses.Results： In the treatment,the patients＇satisfactions and the rehabilitation knowledge master degree were higher than those in the control group.The average hospitalization days was shorter than that in the control group（all P 0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical nursing pathway of facial neuritis can improve the patients＇ satisfactions and the rehabilitation knowledge master degree.Meanwhile,it can decrease the average hospitalization days.
