摘要
目的考察麻苏平喘合剂的制备工艺,并对方中的中药材进行薄层色谱鉴别研究。方法采用L9(34)正交试验优化水提工艺;对方中的麻黄、白芥子、白芍进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果麻苏平喘合剂提取的最佳条件为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h;麻黄、白芥子、白芍的薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照品无干扰。结论本研究中选用的提取工艺简单合理、质量控制方法专属性强、灵敏度高。
Objective： To observe the preparation technology on Masupingchuan Mixture and to study it through the TLC identification.Methods： Ephedra,seeds of brassica alba and white peony root were identified by TLC.Meanwhile,the Masupingchuan Mixture,which was analyzed physical and chemical property and herbal pharmacology,was optimized the water extraction procedure through the L9（34） orthogonal test.Results： The best extraction procedure was that the prescription was 3 times which was 1h each time with 10 times of water amount.Conclusion： It is simple,reasonable and sensitivity of this extraction in the Masupingchuan Mixture.
