摘要
为观察克泽普长强穴封闭用于肛肠病术后的镇痛效果，将肛肠病手术患者150例分为治疗组73例和对照组77例。治疗组在手术前给予克泽普3-5ml长强穴封闭，对照组术后给予吲哚美辛栓i粒纳肛，连用7d。观察患者术后口服镇痛药的使用情况，首次排便、术后1d、3d、7d肛门创口疼痛情况。结果显示，治疗组镇痛效果优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，克泽普长强穴封闭能明显缓解肛肠病术后疼痛，镇痛效果优于吲哚美辛栓纳肛。
This study was to observed the postoperative analgesia efficacy of Changqiang point blockage with Kezepu（Compound lidocaine hydrochloride）. The 150 cases to be subjected to anorectal disease sur- gery were divided into treatment group （n = 73） and control one（ n =77） before operation treatment group was given with 3-5ml of Kezepu for Changqiang point blockage, after operation control group with rectal administration of one suppository of indomethacin lasted for 7 days then , the status of orally admin- istering obtundent,the first time of defecation, and pain of wound at 1,3,7 days after operation. Results showed that the above items of treatment group was all superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is conclu- ded that Kezepu blockage is more significantly relieve postoperaitve pain than indomethacin suppository used into anus.
